5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with consumer regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in brand-new condition.

  • Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, any pet product that shows signs of use, wear, hair, or odor cannot be returned.

  • Process: Contact contact@steampetcare.com for return authorization. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is proven defective upon arrival.

All content (text, product images, graphics, logos) on steampetcare.com is the exclusive property of Steamery Goods LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the misuse of pet gear (e.g., improper harness fitting or leash handling). It is the owner's responsibility to ensure the gear is suitable for their pet's size and strength. Our liability is limited to the actual purchase price of the product.
