1. Shipping Policy
A. Processing Time: All orders for our premium pet gear (including Waterproof Collars, Hands-Free Leashes, and Travel Kits) are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
B. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
C. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
D. International Shipping: Steamery Goods LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Refund & Return Policy
A. Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
B. Eligibility & Hygiene Standards: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, clean, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene & Safety Note: For the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, pet hair, dirt, or odors. Items such as the Playful Plush Kit must be unopened and in their original seal.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase from steampetcare.com.
C. Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at contact@steampetcare.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
D. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (e.g., a broken buckle on a Cushioned Harness), or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
E. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
